What You’ll Do
As a Product Lead at Sizelabs, you will be the strategic architect behind our products and services for Warehouse Automation. You’ll work in an environment where your ideas, leadership, and strategic skills will shape the future of our technology solutions and that of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Define the Product Vision: Establish and communicate the vision and strategy for our products and services, aligning them with the overall company goals.
- Manage the Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing key initiatives that maximize impact on our clients and the market.
- Lead Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure every aspect of the product aligns with the vision and is delivered with the highest quality.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and keep Sizelabs at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Make Strategic Decisions: Evaluate product performance and make informed decisions to adjust strategy as needed, ensuring continued success.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and develop Product Owners and other team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

- Product Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading product teams in the development and launch of complex technology solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of logistics operations and potentially of warehouse automation technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate the product vision into concrete action plans.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Passion for Innovation: A constant drive to find new ways to improve and evolve our solutions, pushing our clients’ success forward.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, but above all, practical experience in product management that makes you proud.
