Free receiving test tool

Use one arrival to test whether your manifest check survives the handoff.

This is not a replacement for your WMS or a claim process. It is a short, copyable test script for the moment an arriving carton or pallet needs a usable identity, a comparison, and an exception owner.

This brief is deliberately small: use one real arrival, then see whether a receiving, WMS, or billing reviewer can retrieve the same record.

01Freight at the dock
02First verification
03Exception to test
04Reviewer who must find it later

Does this tool collect shipment information?

No. It only uses three operational choices in the browser and creates a generic brief. Do not paste customer, shipment, or personal information into the output.

Who should run the test?

A receiving lead can prepare it, then ask a WMS, inventory, customer-service, or billing reviewer to retrieve the same record after the arrival has moved on.

What does a successful test show?

It shows whether the next owner can see the arrival reference, what was checked, relevant facts or evidence, the exception state, and the remaining decision.

Next operating step

Use the next page that fits the operating question.

Read the full verification guide

See the operating checks behind the test script: reference, comparison, and exception ownership.

Run a parallel pallet check

Apply the same acceptance pattern to a pallet's identifier, condition, and exception owner.

Preflight the resulting record

Check that the reference, facts, and exception state your test just produced are retrievable by a second reviewer.
