Sizelabs comes at automation from the other side. We already sell the machine that produces that file. We measure your operation first, then we design the steel around what we measured.

Transport

Picking

Packing

Sorting

Does Sizelabs sell conveyors, sorters and palletizers?

Yes. Wilkins Flow covers conveyor transport, sliding shoe and cross-belt sorting, robotic and conventional palletizing, pick to light and put to light, assisted pack benches and cartonization. We supply, integrate and commission them as one system rather than as separate machines.

How is this different from a traditional material handling integrator?

An integrator designs from a SKU, cube and order-profile file you assemble by hand. Sizelabs already sells the dimensioners that measure that profile directly, so the system gets engineered from recorded data instead of estimates — and the same record keeps driving the equipment after go-live.

Do I have to buy a full system?

No. Most customers start with a 30–60 day Flow Audit, then automate a single station with a Flow Cell before scoping a full line. Each level is a standalone commitment.

What does the Flow Audit produce?

A measured operating profile: cube by SKU, order mix, hourly peaks and the stations where the line actually breaks. It is the file an automation design should be built on, and it is yours whether or not you buy equipment from us.

Can automation integrate with my existing WMS?

Yes. Wilkins Assistant maps captured data into your WMS, TMS or ERP entities through API or webhook workflows, and the automation layer reads the same records rather than maintaining a parallel database.
